Explore this amazing, ancient stonework. Some were built by the Romans and some defy explanation as to how or when they were built, and by whom. There are some astonishing examples of staggering expertise and craftsmanship that have lasted in some cases for thousands of years. I have traveled to many of these places, and the ones that I haven’t yet seen are at the top of my travel list.
